Terms and Conditions

Each customer is considered to have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions upon opening an account with Apex Global Logistics. We strongly encourage account holders to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. Upon completing the registration process, each customer will receive our U.S.A. mailing address and a unique mailbox number, which must be used for all shipments.

Shipping Address Accuracy Customers must ensure that their shipping address is complete and accurate. Providing incorrect address details may result in additional charges or misdelivery of goods. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the merchant properly packages their items to guarantee safe delivery and to prevent damage to property, individuals, or the shipment itself.

Liability for External Damage Apex Global Logistics is not liable for damages caused by external parties, including online retailers or customs officials. We assume responsibility only for items that are lost or damaged while under our direct care. Customers must submit invoices and all relevant shipping documentation before their packages arrive in Jamaica.

Declaration of Shipment Contents All customers shipping with Apex Global Logistics are required to declare the contents of their shipments. If a customer does not agree with this policy, they are welcome to explore alternative shipping options.

Liability Notice Apex Global Logistics is not responsible for any loss or damage to customer goods, mail, or shipments before they enter our network.

Facilitator Notice Apex Global Logistics does not engage in the trading of goods and functions solely as a logistics facilitator. As such, we are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect purchases, items that do not match online descriptions, or any discrepancies between product performance and seller representations.

Packaging Responsibility Proper packaging is the sole responsibility of the shipper or merchant. Apex Global Logistics does not guarantee that items are correctly or securely packaged and will not be held liable for damage to fragile or breakable items. All disputes related to packaging or product damage must be handled directly between the customer and the seller. We do not mediate or participate in such disputes.

Liability for Lost or Misdelivered Items Apex Global Logistics is not responsible for the loss of cash, online purchases, misdelivered packages, or stolen goods before they reach our warehouse.
